The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the removal, reduction, management, and lawful disposal of storm debris resulting from the tornado event within designated impact zones of the City of St. Louis. The Contractor is required to drive and inspect every public right-of-way (ROW) within the areas highlighted in the attached map (Exhibit C) and remove all eligible debris, including construction and demolition materials, white goods, e-waste, household hazardous waste, and mixed debris that may contain limited amounts of vegetation. Debris piles that consist entirely of segregated vegetation are not included in this scope. Field operations must begin within 48 hours of contract award.
