• Turn off power to the STP • Remove and save the syphon check valve, shut off and piping • Remove and save the 3” bell reducer with the PLLD in it. • Remove and discard the 3” product piping to the flex hose. Replace flex hose with new 3” flex hose. • Take apart electric. • Remove flange bolts. • Remove STP – Contractor to provide own forklift for this work. • Furnish and install a new, big flow 5hp, 230-volt 3 phase STP and bolt to the existing lower flange. • Install new 3” black pipe fittings and ball valve from the flex hose to the STP. • Reinstall the electric and bell reducer for the PLLD. • Turn on the power, start up and test the STP. Contractor must provide all materials, supplies, equipment, insurance and necessary to timely install and make operational for KCATA the scope of work as stated herein.
