The contractor hired to perform the work under this contract must be experienced in tap location and destruction, and street repairs and inspections. They will also be required to obtain all of the required permits from the correct City departments including but not limited to excavation (Streets Department) and plumbing permits (Building Division). Properties will be provided by LRA or the Building Division, all of which have been impacted by the May 16 tornado in the Wyndown-Skinker, Skinker-DeBaliviere, DeBaliviere Place, Central West End, West End, Visitation Park, Academy, Fountain Park, Lewis Place, Vandeventer, Hamilton Heights, Wells-Goodfellow, Kingsway West, Kingsway East, The Ville, The Greater Ville, Penrose, O’Fallon, Fairground Neighborhood, College Hill, Mark Twain, O’Fallon Park, North Riverfront, Near North Riverfront neighborhoods.
