● Approximately 125 Windows 11 business class desktop computers, preferably Dell, with at least one HDMI port and two DisplayPort connections (combination of 3) ● Approximately 250 monitors, minimum 22” and must include both HDMI and DisplayPort connections ● At least an I5 13 Generation or newer ● At least 16GB RAM ● At least 256 GB SSD ● At least a DVD drive ● Keyboard and optical mouse ● Must be new, not refurbished ● Purchase order will be issued to bid selected. Payment will be made upon receipt of devices. Devices are to be received between October 27 to November 21, 2025. There will be a $500 a day penalty, deducted from the final payment, for each day of any device or item not received after November 21, 2025.
