Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with City Code of Ordinances section 645.395, this IFB is to designate the horsedrawn carriage providers (“Carriage Providers”) who shall receive a Special City-Sponsored Event Carriage License to perform these services within the event area during Saint Charles Christmas Traditions 2021. II. Scope of Services Selected Carriage Providers shall remit a fee of 15% of their gross revenues from operations during Christmas Traditions 2021, to the City prior to January 15, 2022. The selected Carriage Providers shall be permitted to provide services from November 26 to December 24, 2021 on the days and times listed below: Friday, November 26 from Noon to 9pm Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm Fridays from 6pm to 9pm Saturdays from Noon to 9pm Sundays from Noon to 5pm Tuesday, December 24 from 11am to 2pm
