Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Raymore-Peculiar Schools’s plan Deductibles and Out-of-Pocket Maximums will run on a calendar year basis (January 1 – December 31). 2. If selected as the new vendor, you will accept a claim history file and load July deductibles and outof-pocket payments so that employees are not impacted adversely by a carrier change. 3. Please confirm you can administer the desired benefit design. 4. You must provide online access to claims and utilization data at no additional cost. 5. Raymore-Peculiar Schools must review all client-specific communications pieces (letters, flyers, and inserts) before they are sent to employees. 6. You are willing to coordinate data (such as file feeds) with Raymore-Peculiar Schools’s other vendors when necessary (COBRA, Claims Data Warehouse, etc.).
