General Requirements: The contractor shall provide defense rifles for the state agency in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the products/ required herein. Daniel Defense Rifle Requirements: The contractor must provide the Daniel Defense rifles with the identified accessories as specified below: Daniel Defense DDM4 V4-S Rifles w/ Standard 30 round 223/556 magazine; part# #02-088-11034 Fully Automatic Magpul MOE + Pistol Grip (must be factory installed); part# MAG416 Magpul ACS Stocks (must be factory installed); part# MAG370 Aimpoint Micro T2 Sites (no mount); part# AP-200180 The rifles and accessories must be the brand and model as specified herein and no alternative products shall be considered by the state agency.
