Project application and proposed consultant services must address: • number of days and number of hours each of the ICS 300 and ICS 400 level in-person trainings by a Lead Instructor and 3 additional instructors (total of 4 instructors) from Respondent for up to 55 Department of Health staff will take and what training components will be covered in each training; • number of days and number of hours the Biohazard Exercise for up to 60 Department of Health staff participants and other agency personnel will take for the required 4 Instructors (Lead Instructor meeting the qualifications set forth in IV above) from Respondent to conduct; • how the ICS 300 and ICS 400 level Trainings, as well as the Biohazard Exercise will be presented in an engaging way that are gamified to the extent possible and help to build teams; • how Respondent will assure that the ICS 300 & ICS 400 level Trainings as well as the Biohazard Exercise are made relevant for current real-world settings to help with emergencies in a City/Urban setting like the City of St. Louis; • the Biohazard Exercise by providing a copy of a complete outline of the Biohazard Exercise with the Application; • how Respondent will assure that at least 95% of the staff participants in the ICS 300 and ICS 400 Training complete the training to receive certification, including any accommodations for language, sight, hearing, physical, and developmental challenges, as well provision of remedial training as needed; • what materials and resources up to 55 staff participants will receive during the ICS 300 and ICS 400 level Trainings (with the Budget submitted to show cost per staff participant) and up to 60 Department of Health staff participants and other agency personnel will receive during the Biohazard Exercise (with the Budget submitted to show cost per participant)
