Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded consultant will be expected to perform the following tasks in reviewing current systems/processes and gathering information relative to the City’s requirements for a new ERP and related systems. This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, but to provide a basic outline of the process anticipated by the City. Consultants are encouraged to provide additional details in their proposals relative to experience in developing ERP software solicitations with other municipal governments. A. Evaluation of current system(s): meet with stakeholders to determine limitations of current system(s) and processes. B. Identify City’s needs and wants for new system functionality. Determine the features and functions that could be included in the new ERP and those that could be achieved through integrations with other systems (existing or new). C. Develop RFP for new ERP based on assessment of current system(s) and review City’s needs and wants. D. Assist City with review/scoring of ERP proposals submitted, interview proposers & product demonstrations as needed, and award recommendation. E. Assist City in negotiating contract with recommended ERP provider.
