Minimum surface temperature 40 degrees and rising before placement of asphalt. All edges will be sand sealed for a smooth transition to existing concrete. Asphalt will be rolled smooth using a vibratory steel roller and plate compactor for all compaction of asphalt. Contractor to remove all asphalt debris from job when completed and dispose of it properly by state and local regulations. ANY damage to surrounding areas due to contractor over loading trucks, tractor misuse, compactors, etc. is the sole responsibility of the contractor to repair at their expense and District standards. Contractor to furnish all permits for job if needed. Contractor shall dirt, seed and straw any disturbed areas caused during construction. Any stripes, arrows, etc. disturbed during construction shall be repainted to match existing. Paint must be applied with a Mo. Spec Paint, 15 mil. (excluding glass beads)
