1. Standard construction details shall be followed (see Appendix 1). 2. Securing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies needed for repair. -City will provide Contractor with information relating to tax exempt status for purchase of materials related to City specific projects. -Concrete to be purchased through City’s account. 3. The Contractor will provide the necessary barricade devices to restrict traffic near the area for the appropriate amount of time after the pour. 4. Cutting existing pavement around damaged area to create a uniform shape. 5. Excavating area in need of repair to the required depth. 6. Concrete must be mix per City standard. 7. Expansion joint shall abut existing sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and similar structures, and shall be deemed incidental to the contract. 8. Replacement concrete finish to match existing. 9. ADA compliance shall be strictly adhered to, should corrections be required Contractor will be responsible. 10. Hauling all excavated material to the Utilities Laydown Area at 28200 Waterworks Road.
