Missouri State Veterans Cemeteries measures 5ˈ wide x 10ˈ long for gravesite burial space, and the grave liners provided by the contractor must accommodate the burial space as measured. The contractor shall provide concrete grave liners intended for use in Missouri State Veterans Cemeteries to prevent the sinking of soil in graves. The grave liners provided by the contractor shall be constructed using reinforced concrete which uses Portland Cement. Cement must be of a commercial quality using steel and/or polypropylene reinforcement. In addition, the material(s) used in the production of concrete grave liners shall be impervious to any destructive action of the natural elements possibly contained in the cemetery soil which can range from extreme acidic to extreme alkaline conditions. The concrete grave liners provided by the contractor must be properly cured for twenty-eight (28) days before delivery to the cemetery, and the concrete must have minimum compression strength of 31,027 kpa. The contractor must provide grave liners with the following minimum interior dimensions: Small Liner – 57.9" long x 20.1" wide x 18.1" high Medium Liner – 85.8" long x 29.9" wide x 24" high Oversize Liner – 90.2" long x 31.9" wide x 26" high Extra Large Liner – 92.1" long x 35.8" wide x 28" high
