Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Services MARC will work with the selected vendor to finalize the scope of work for this project. MARC anticipates that the scope of work may include the following: Assistance in the design of the public education/outreach program for Energy Works KC General public relations and communications services Message development for key audiences. Writing, editing and graphic design services for both website and print. Brand and logo creation. Event planning and promotion. Advertising design and placement. Video recording and production for online use. Use of social media to deliver messages. Materials produced will become the property of MARC and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission from MARC.
