This document constitutes an invitation for competitive, sealed bids from Suppliers for the provision of the provision of upgrade, installation, maintenance, and repair services for the Code 10 Duress System, including supplies and parts for the Department of Mental Health, Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center (referred to hereinafter as the Department) in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. The Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center’s current Code 10 Duress System is composed of the following: a) Controller – Bosch ModelD9412GV4; b) Intruder – Potter Model PSN-106; c) Communicators – Bosch Model D6100 (2 units); d) Button – Schneider Model ZB4-BA4-088747 and Schneider Model ZB4-BA5-088748. The Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center’s current Code 10 Duress System has one stand-alone control panel located in the Hoctor Building, the Blair Building, and the Staples Building. The square footage of each building is as follows: a) Hoctor Building – 41,246 square feet; b) Blair Building – 60,600 square feet; and c) Staples Building – 153,980 square feet.
