The City of St. Joseph is seeking a qualified vendor to fabricate and install exterior lighted signage on three sides of the Civic Arena, 100 N. 4th Street. The necessary electrical service for all exterior signs will also be required as part of this project. City staff will be available to assist vendors in location identification, but in general, new signs will be installed on the west, east, and south sides of the arena. In conjunction with the sign project, painting of the exterior of the arena will also be taking place by another contractor. Coordination of the painting project and sign installation will be managed by Parks. Recreation, & Civic Facilities staff with the arena’s event schedule taken into consideration. The chosen contractor will provide required services as requested in the Subject Areas utilizing appropriate commercial-type equipment and other tools as necessary.
