INK: Four (4) color. 7. BINDERY: Saddle stitch. 8. LAYOUT: The Newsletter is designed by City staff, using Adobe InDesign® 2025 or higher. The City will deliver the newsletter file to the printer as a highresolution print PDF (PDF/X-1a:2001) format through Dropbox or in a manner mutually agreeable between the City and printer. All images and artwork will be CMYK and as high resolution as available. Printing plates shall be the responsibility of printer. Printer shall have an in-house electronic pre-press for proof
