• Roughly 875 feet of Vinyl privacy fence along railroad tracks • Roughly 105 feet across railroad tracks • Roughly 90 feet Infront of the tracks • Remove existing fence and all the debris • Replace with 6-foot-high Vinyl fence. • Color and style shall be as close to what is existing, must be approved by the City before ordering • Caps shall be secured by Vinyl glue or rivets • Post holes will be concrete • Installation must follow manufacturer’s recommendations • All city codes must be followed • Fence post will be 0.147 or greater for strength and durability • Bottom rail will be installed with an aluminum reinforcing tube • Rails and slats to be 0.080 or greater in thickness • There is a $1,500.00 contingency built into the bids for unforeseen items. Items that require the use of the contingency MUST be pre-approved by the City of O’Fallon • All debris to be disposed of by contractor and not in City owned refuse containers. • All field measurements should be taken by contractors bidding on project.
