The potential tasks or services identified in this RFP are provided to the potential proposer for informational purposes only and will be used for purposes of evaluating the proposals submitted. They do not necessarily indicate the specific tasks or services that the successful responder may ultimately be requested to perform. Such tasks or services will depend upon situations that occur during the term of the agreement. Providing examples of the type of tasks or services that may be required does not relieve the professional of its obligation to perform all similar or related tasks or services that may need to be performed under any resultant agreement. The City of St. Joseph is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to paint the interior corridors and stairwells at City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri. All related work will be the contractor’s responsibility. The expected work will include the necessary material and labor to stage, prepare surfaces, prime and finish paint the hall and stairwell surfaces on the 1st through 4th floors of City Hall.
