Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of St. Peters, Missouri, is requesting sealed proposals for the design, fabrication, supply and installation of a specified monument at the specified location within the City of St. Peters, within Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) right-of-way. The awarded contractor will prepare all necessary sign fabrication and installation detail drawings, as well as all necessary fabrication and installation specifications, required to obtain MHTC approval for installation. These design drawings and specifications will be become the sole property of the City of St. Peters. The monuments will provide a sense of place and notify road users of their entrance into the City of St. Peters. The monuments shall be backfilled with material suitable for landscaping as the City will install plantings around them once the project is complete. The up lighting for the monuments shall take into account the size of the monuments and shall provide adequate luminance and visibility at all times of day given any lighting conditions.
