Intake Requirements – The contractor shall provide a phone line and an online referral link, providing two options for initial inquiries from child care facilities and families. These systems shall allow users to leave messages or submit online inquiries 24 hours a day. The contractor shall respond to messages or online referrals received during regular business hours (e.g., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) on the same day when possible but shall respond no later than the next business day to begin the intake process.
