Section 2: Scope of Work The awarded vendor shall provide: 1. Environmentally Preferred Chemical Products o For general surface cleaning, pot and pan washing, warewashing, degreasing, sanitizing/disinfecting, and handwashing/personal care. 2. Support Services o Monthly site visits with HACCP compliance review o Just-in-time inventory management and restocking o Preventative maintenance on all dispensing equipment o Electronic service reports following each visit 3. Training & Education o Initial and annual in-service training for all sites o Monthly on-site educational modules aligned with USDA Professional Standards o Online training options for staff o Up-to-date bi-lingual signage, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), logs, and visual aids for every site
