The City of Maryland Heights hosts a senior luncheon on the third Monday of each month (January and February are the fourth Monday, March date varies (see confirmed date below)) at the Community Center located at: 2300 McKelvey Rd. Maryland Heights, MO 63043 We average around 120 guests (minimum of 80, maximum of 150). This is a buffet style lunch served on disposables. Food must be pre-cooked and ready to serve. There will be access to a catering kitchen (no stove or oven is available). Lunch must be ready to serve by 11:35 a.m. Lunch must include the following: • Main Dish • Bread with Butter • Side Dish • Salad (two side dishes if no salad) • Dessert • Iced Tea and Lemonade Menu will be decided and agreed upon in January for the upcoming year. No substitutions will be allowed unless approved by the Recreation Specialist. Caterer must provide all serving dishes, serving utensils, serving stands with heating cannisters, sturdy paper plates, utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, etc. Caterer will also provide 2 staff to be present. One staff member to put food out, refill empty containers of food and one to fill and serve drinks.
