The area for work to be performed is within the detention housing and must maintain the security protocol during work. Each area, or pod, will be secured from the Juveniles housed in the area. All work described in the scope much be complete within the one pod before moving to the next pod. All areas where work is being performed must adhere to security protocol, by locking up all tools and equipment in a designated secured area when not in use, monitoring and managing all tools being used, and not interacting with the juveniles. Below is a description of the work to be performed in each area/pod. • Remove existing carpet and properly dispose. • Scrape away carpet mastic and properly dispose. • Grind floor, managing dust to minimize the impact to occupied areas. • Pre-polish using 30, 100 grit hybrid diamonds. • Polish using 100, 200 grit resin diamonds. • Apply LS / CS densifier. • Polish using 400, 800 grit resin diamonds. • Apply LS guard. • Burnish using 800, 1500 grit diamond pad.
