Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lebanon R-III School District is seeking bids for Cameras and Access Control for our new FEMA Shelter and office renovations at Boswell Elementary. Specifically, the district is seeking the following access control and surveillance cameras: SURVEILLANCE: ● Axis P3727-PLE Quad Camera (Qty. 6) ● Axis Corner Mount for P3727-PLE (Qty. 4) ● Axis P3265-LV Dome Camera (Qty. 8) ● Axis M3115-LVE Dome Camera (Qty. 2) ● Genetec license for each camera and SMA. ● Labor to install all cameras, a network jack will already exist in each camera location. ● Vendor will be responsible for any lifts/ladders required. ● Vendor will be responsible for any other materials needed not specifically mentioned. ACCESS CONTROL: ● Provide Access control for 4 door locations, using Axis A1601 door controllers with the appropriate Genetec license using HID readers supporting iClass such as R10, R40, or Signo are acceptable. ● One door will be a FEMA shelter entry and must comply with all FEMA regulations. ● Two doors will be next to each other and can be controlled with one controller, these doors are on the secure vestibule and into the main office from the vestibule. ● Vendor will provide an Aiphone intercom system for audio between the secure vestibule and the receptionist. There will need to be 2 receptionist consoles and they will need to be able to unlock both of the 2 doors in the above bullet point independently. ● Vendor will be responsible for all wiring and installation. ● Vendor will be responsible for any other materials needed not specifically mentioned.
