This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the provision of 200 acres of forest stand improvement (FSI) in accordance with Forest Management Plans for the Calico Creek Upland Restoration, Goedeker and Ladd properties as set forth herein for Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as “state agency”), Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration Division (hereinafter referred to as “department”).. The contractor shall provide forest stand improvement (FSI) in accordance with Forest Management Plans for the Calico Creek Upland Restoration, Goedeker and Ladd properties as set forth herein for Department of Natural Resources in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency.
