Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) has contract MS250014001 with South Central Missouri Community Health Center dba Four Rivers Community Health Center for Capital Improvements for Four Rivers Community Health Center. Due to the provision of the continuation of capital improvements for Four Rivers Community Health Center, South Central Missouri Community Health Center dba Four Rivers Community Health Center is the only entity that meets the capital improvement requirements of House Bill 20 section 613. Thus, South Central Missouri Community Health Center dba Four Rivers Community Health Center is the only entity that meets the requirements for a health center in any city with more than four thousand four hundred but fewer than four thousand nine hundred inhabitants and located in a county with more than fourteen thousand but fewer than fifteen thousand seven hundred inhabitants and with a county seat with more than four thousand five hundred fifty but fewer than four thousand nine hundred inhabitants provided that local matching funds must be provided on a 50/50 state/local basis. For the reasons identified above, South Central Missouri Community Health Center dba Four Rivers Community Health Center is the only feasible source from which to acquire the Capital Improvements for Four Rivers Community Health Center. As a result, this meets the criteria as a single feasible source under section 34.044 RSMo.
