Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove Carrier chiller and associated electrical, piping, valves and insulation.; Dispose of chiller refrigerant and provide disposal documentation; Dispose of old chiller and provide disposal documentation; Provide and install equivalent high efficiency screw chiller with sound package. Chiller should have a minimum of 2 circuits for redundancy should one circuit fail.; Remove and replace any existing electrical heat trace associated with chiller.; Remove and replace any motor operated valves chilled water valves (at the unit) test for operation and repair all failed motor controlled chiller valves that are controlled by the BAS system. Demonstrate operation and control by the BAS.; Remove and replace chilled water pumps to match GPM requirements for new chiller.; Chilled water pumps are to be controlled by chiller and configured to enable 5mins before chiller starts and disabled 15 minutes after chiller operations.; Remove and reconfigure supply and return water lines to accommodate new chiller. Install pressure gauges on supply and return water lines at the chiller. Insulate the chilled water pipes.; Provide chiller water: pressure, temperature, and flow meters and integrate in the BAS. Include on chiller BAS graphics; Provide refrigerant with full charge.; Provide factory startup of chiller.; Provide manufacturers specifications for winterizing chiller.; Test operations and provide report that includes sub cooling, superheat, loop static pressure, loop operating pressure, compressor amps, oil pressure, and refrigerant pressure.; Reconnect the existing BAS controls and monitoring. Updated BAS graphics to match the chiller. Demonstrate operation at BAS front end. Provide connection and integration of all alarms to BAS.; Provide 5yr parts and labor warranty.; Provide 5yr Refrigerant warranty
