a. Prior to performing construction, demolition or other similar work on the Property, and continuing through the completion of such construction, demolition or other similar work, Contractor must at all times comply with Missouri’s Underground Facility Safety and Damage Prevention Act, R.S.Mo. Section 319.010, et. seq., in its current form and as modified. Such compliance includes contacting the Notification Center at (800) 344-7483. b. Prior to performing construction, demolition or other similar work on the Property, Contractor must contact all utility companies who presently are or previously have provided service to the Property and notify them of service abandonment and verify that all utility services have been disconnected.
