The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is conducting a market survey for qualified: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), capable of providing the required services outlined below for the VA Medical Center located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The applicable NAICS code is 541310 Architectural Services and the size standard is $12.5 Million. GENERAL SCOPE OF DESIGN: The John J Pershing VAMC facility has a need for a new life safety review. There has been a significant amount of construction and other changes. A study is required to provide new drawings and identify deficiencies for correction. The floor plans of the buildings will be provided, the A/E will need to verify and update any existing floor plans that need correction.
