Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified supplier for the purchase of bulk fuel – unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel. Unleaded fuel The unleaded fuel shall have an octane rating of not less than 87 and conform to the current ASTM standard specification. Diesel fuel Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel #2 shall be clear and conform to the current ASTM standard specification. During winter months, a winter blend of Diesel Fuel will be provided which will not affect the Ultra Low Sulfur content of the fuel. Bidders should take this into consideration when submitting their bids. Low Sulfur Diesel #2 shall be dyed and conform to the current ASTM standard specification. The County reserves the right to perform random testing on fuel provided. Fuel shall be delivered as requested to the locations listed in the table on the next page. The County reserves the right to modify or add locations, types of fuel, and tank capacities during the term of the bid.
