Conduct a Gap Analysis of existing and new Code/Standard versions by comparing and identifying additions, deletions and other changes between each version as laid out below: The narrative structure desired: 2021 ICC version(s) changes, per each referenced Code 2024 ICC version(s) changes per each Code compared to the 2021 ICC version(s) per each Code 2020 NFPA 70 version changes 2023 NFPA 70 version changes compared to vs 2020 NFPA 70 version Evaluate implications of proposed changes, including regulatory, financial, and administrative impacts. Facilitate workshops or meetings with City staff and other involved stakeholders. Prepare advance agendas prior to each workshop or meeting and disseminate in advance Prepare recommended amendments to City Code Chapters 200, 400, 500, 600 as needed and tailor to the City’s needs, based on prior and desired code modifications. Ensure consistency and compliance with Missouri and Federal statues and laws. Support the adoption process until codified.
