2.1.1 The Contractor shall provide BioSafety Cabinets and Fume Hoods Preventative Maintenance for the Department of Health and Senior Services, State Public Health Laboratory in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the Department. 2.1.2 The Contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the Contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the Contractor. 2.1.3 The Contractor shall comply with applicable Federal Funds Requirements, as amended by the federal government, which may include some or all of the paragraphs contained in Attachment A, Certifications and Special Provisions, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, or other requirements identified by the federal government.
