The “Work” shall include all site clearing, abatement of any asbestos-containing materials (“ACM”) or other hazardous materials, removal and proper disposal of all other hazardous materials, demolition of structures, removal of demolition debris, site filling, and grading necessary for the successful completion of the Project. The demolition Project is located at The Belue Hadnot apartment complex, which consists of 14 buildings that are bordered by MLK to the west, Hugo to the south, Jones to the east and Wilmore to the north. All the buildings except for 5662 Martin Luther King (which served as the leasing office for the complex) are eligible to be demolished. The property address is commonly known as: 8119 Brennen St., Locator No. 12J232595. A depiction of these properties is included in the attached Exhibit 1.
