1. General Requirements: The contractor shall provide soft drinks and related products, equipment, and supplies as specified herein for the College, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal. a. The contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, and maintain all required equipment and shall furnish and deliver all required products and supplies as specified herein for the identified operational areas of the College. b. The contractor understands and agrees that the required products, equipment, and supplies will be used in the following operational areas of Ozarks Technical Community College. This right shall not include fresh brewed coffee and tea products, milk, unsweetened juice, water drawn from the public water supply. It also would not include sales by organizations which receive permission to use or rent school facilities. i. Cafe Operations: The College currently has fountain machines and beverage coolers in the Cafe areas that must be provided by the contractor. ii. Book Store: Successful bidder must be willing to provide any equipment and beverage coolers deemed necessary by the College. iii. Vending Service: The College currently has vending machines that are positioned at various locations throughout the College. Additional equipment deemed necessary by the College must be provided by the contractor (See Attachment #2). c. The contractor understands and agrees that the actual amount and type of product, equipment, and supplies required for each operational area will be determined by the College; and that the required amount and type of such product, equipment, and supplies must be provided by the contractor.
