The St. Charles County Ambulance District (SCCAD) will be requesting bids to build out the unfinished portion of the basement. Current basement has rough ins for the restroom plumbing, growth in the electrical panel and existing fire protection piping that will need to be modified to accommodate the new room layout proposed. Architect Firm Archimages has created a full set of drawings to use as reference. General Contractor (GC) will be responsible to obtain all permits and certificates required by the city\county ordinance if required. Build out will consist of: All moisture barrier preparations, framing, drywall, ceiling, flooring\transitions and finishes, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, hardware installation, wall tile, and finishing. GC will supply all construction materials including but not limited to bathroom FF&E items and bedroom lockers, fire extinguisher cabinet and door stops (not noted on drawing.) GC will be responsible for cleaning up at the end of the shifts and all building materials to be stored in the basement work area; nothing will be allowed to be stored in the Ambulance Bays or exterior of the property or on the parking lot. If items are being stored it will be the responsibility of the GC to secure items in vendor supplied storage unit\gang box that can be stored in an agreeable location on the parking lot.
