Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1 General. Contractor to remove and upgrade existing fencing and parking lot lighting. 2.2.2 Demolition. Remove existing fencing and parking lot pole lighting. Owner reserves first right of refusal to any material and equipment. Contractor shall remove from site and dispose of any unwanted material or material. 2.2.3 New Work. Provide new fencing, access control system, gates and cameras under turn-key proposal as indicated. Provide parking lot lighting / concrete bases with control as indicated. Provide test and readings of new lighting. 2.2.3 Concrete Work. All concrete work with the exception of the light pole bases and Code Blue light base shall be performed by KCPS but shall be coordinated by Vendor (Contractor).
