Work includes rehabilitation of existing 300,000 gallon welded steel single pedestal elevated water storage tank including full containment, low pressure water cleaning of exterior to remove mold and mildew, sandblast cleaning and painting of interior and exterior including slip-resistant additive for smoother ladder rungs for existing interior dry ladder(s) to comply with OSHA and AWWA standards, apply exterior logo / lettering, removal and proper disposal of waste, cleaning debris from behind existing oveflow pipe outlet screen and install duck bill check valve, removal and replacement of existing interior wet bowl access ladder with new OSHA compliant interior wet bowl access ladder including safety climb system, removal and replacement of existing roof wet access hatch, weld new steel patch plates over existing screen cutouts on the access neck of the existing roof dry access hatch, replacement of existing interior light bulbs in the interior dry access tube with new LED light bulbs, relocation of existing electrical conduit(s) attached to existing interior dry ladder(s) siderails and attach to new interior dry standoff supports to comply with OSHA and AWWA standards and making the existing interior dry ladder(s) OSHA compliant, removal and replacement of existing grout / seal caulk at lower tank flange and concrete foundation/ringwall (full base cone circumference), tank disinfection, all appurtenances, and minor details necessary to make the completed improvements fully operational with the project specifications.
