Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 General Requirements: 2.1.1 The contractor shall provide archeological and cultural resource services singly and/or consecutively as Initial Project Reviews, Section 106 Reviews, Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III cultural resource investigations, cultural resources training, and additional coordination on an as needed if needed basis for the Department of Conservation and the Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as state agency) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor.
