The University of Central Missouri, hereinafter referred to as Owners, are requesting bids from qualified companies, hereinafter referred to as Vendor(s) for the annual supply of signage for buildings across campus as requested on an as-needed basis for the University. 1.1.1 Supply of signage on this bid shall include a package for all signage in the JCK Library. 1.1.2 Vendor shall price this package based on the number of signs for the building. 1.1.3 All other sign pricing in the Line Items are for products to be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract. 1.1.4 Pricing for signage on an as-needed basis shall be firm through the first year of the contract. 1.1.4.1 Price increases at time of renewals may be made upon request by the vendor by submitting a written request to UCM 60 days prior to the end of the current contract year. Any price increase must be tied to a price index such as CPI or PPI. UCM reserves the right to reject or accept price increases. 1.1.4.2 Pricing for signs must include delivery to the UCM Receiving Dock, 415 E Clark Street, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
