The Consultant will provide a web-based application that serves as a realtime visualization tool for flight tracking, ground vehicle tracking, and an interactive map showing flight paths. The system will be 100% web-based and will not rely on any vulnerable Java plugins or heavy client downloads to users' computers. This application will enable STL staff to view current and forecasted demand (for the next 12 hours) for aircraft operations at STL. Key features to be included in the web-based application: a.
