A Senior Search Piece, self-mailer, to be sent to purchased search names in late summer or early fall; targeted to high school seniors, juniors, sophomores and freshman. Total quantities in recent years have been around 160,000 units. Recent specs were four-color process plus flood aqueous satin coating throughout; 80# cover velvet; 24 x 9” barrel-folds to 6 x 9” finished; fugitive glues and imprints for mailing. Mailing fulfillment text imprints black on shells single-sided. b. A Three-Postcard Mailing, 6-8 week campaign focused on driving application generation between September and mid-November to boost our December 1st application deadline. Quantity is approximately 50,000-60,000 units per postcard (three postcard series is 150,000 to 180,000 total units) sent to senior inquiries and purchased names. Recent size of the post card was 6” x 11”, four-color print. c. A Junior Search Piece, self-mailer, to be sent to purchased search names in mid to late February; Total quantities in recent years have been 60,000 units. Recent specs were four-color process plus flood aqueous satin coating throughout; 80# cover velvet; 24 x 9” barrel-folds to 6 x 9” finished; fugitive glues and imprints for mailing. Mailing fulfillment text imprints black on shells single-sided. d. A Visit Options Brochure targeting students in early fall to advertise overall campus visits. Quantity is approximately 5,000-10,000 units. A Truman Experience Weekend Postcard Series sent for each major campus visit day (usually two or three per academic year) in separate mailings. Quantities for each mailing are usually between 15,000 and 25,000. Each postcard prints four-color process plus flood aqueous satin coating throughout; prints on 100# velvet cover; finished to 6 x 4.25” to postal standards; each postcard will have separate mailing lists provided by Truman.
