This system is responsible for administering medication correctly, safely and reliably. The system also impacts the safety of those around the patients in the event the patient may become aggressive or violent if the medication is not administered correctly or on time. The unique features are not only desirable, they are essential in order for Fulton’s pharmacy to do business as patients safety is at stake. Parata Systems LLC is the only feasible source from which to acquire the ATP 2 Drug Dispenser since they are the only company authorized to service the ATP 2 and Inspect Rx pouch packaging equipment. Parata Systems LLC is the sole provider of the current software operating the ATP 2 and Inspect Rx. Parata Systems LLC is the only authorized distributor in North America for the packaging film and ink ribbon utilized in the ATP 2and Inspect Rx machines. As a result, this represents a propriety requirement that meets the criteria of a single feasible source under section 34.044RSMo.
