Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Pick-Up Schedule: 2.1.1 Service Provider shall make one (1) pick-up daily, Monday through Friday, at the designated City locations and times specified herein, except for City and Bank observed holidays. The holiday schedule is as follows: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. 2.2 Pick-Up Locations and Times: Through mutual agreement between the successful Service Provider and the City, designated days and times for Armored Car Service will be established. If your firm cannot provide service on the days or times listed for the following locations, please list alternative times when this service can be provided. The City reserves the right to accept or reject the times offered by the Service Provider. The delivery schedules may be used in considering the successful Service Provider. Pick-up must occur within the mutually agreed upon time frame. (i.e., 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.) 2.2.1 Busch Building: 840 Boonville Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802 Time: 8:00 A.M. Average Amount of Transport: $5,000.00 2.2.2 Springfield Municipal Court: 625 Benton Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802 Time: 1:00 P.M. Average Amount of Transport: $3,000.00 2.3 Pick-Up Waiting Time: Service Provider shall allow ten (10) minutes for each scheduled pick-up at each designated City location. No additional charge shall be assessed for pick-up times under ten (10) minutes. 2.4 Delivery of Bank Deposits: All bank deposits must be made the same day as the pick-up.
