Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1). Provide a safe and secure environment in area around CWI. 2). Conduct armed foot and vehicle patrol of parking lot in front of the CWI and area surrounding the building to deter criminal activities, including car break-ins and auto theft 3). Guard should make visual review of the vehicles in the parking lot. The guard should remain in the parking lot unless needing to utilize the facilities inside CWI. 4). Vehicle patrolling to occur in a company security marked vehicle with amber lights on top. The car and guard will be present in the lot Monday through Friday (5:00pm – 11:00pm). The patrolling should be at least twice an hour or as needed. 5). Report any observed criminal actives to the St. Louis Community College Police Department and Public Safety immediately. 6). Meets with STLCC Public Safety regularly to discuss incidents, reporting, and any other Observations.
