The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest District (SW District) is requesting bids for ALBC Aluminum Box Culvert, per attached specifications, from a vendor who must certify the end products meet the attached specifications. The solicitation will be awarded on a firm fixed pricing, "low bid" basis. MoDOT must be able to issue an award and generate a purchase order in a timely manner. Materials to be Supplied (in addition to design drawings): • Aluminum box culvert #37-R1 / 16'-6" x 6'-8" / 98.3 sq. ft. x 31.5' • Aluminum full invert with aluminum toe-walls • Two (2) aluminum headwalls • Four (4) aluminum wingwalls (9' each) • One (1) reamer bit and socket • Design based on HL-93 loading (2.2' minimum cover / 4' maximum cover) • Plate layout drawings • On-site consultation during installation • Freight for plate materials to the job site; Note: This solicitation does not include foundation work or installation services.
