We are requesting pricing for the removal of the existing membrane down to the existing insulation on roof areas M (locker room hallway). Once the membrane is removed, all wet or damaged insulation will be removed and replaced with new. Over the prepared insulation we are requesting a new 1⁄2” high density polyiso cover board be installed. Over the coverboard, there will be a .060 mil TPO roofing and flashing system installed. Price to include all new sheet metal associated with the roof including but not limited to gutters, downspouts, counterflashing and drip edge metal. All existing soffit in these areas to be removed and replaced with new. The roof system is to carry a manufacturer’s warranty for labor and materials. Bidding contractors will need to demonstrate with their bid, through included bid submittals their qualifications to obtain a warranty from their manufacturer and a letter qualifying that the installer has been installing TPO roofs for a minimum of 10 years.
