The Hazelwood School District is requesting quotes for a one time purchase of 1 truck load (840 cases) of 8.5" x 11", white 20#, minimum 92 brightness, 500 sheets/sealed ream - 10 reams/case in moisture resistant wrapper, 40 cases per pallet - shrink wrapped with plastic. The paper must be suitable for use in high speed production copiers, standard copiers, and laser printers. Paper shall be free from lint, wrinkles, waviness, folds, holes, tears, wrapper glue, damaged edges, and any scraps of foreign materials and/or other defects.
Delivery will be made to Hazelwood School District, Central Stores Warehouse, 15795 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63031 between the hours of 7 am and 2 pm as soon as possible.
The quote should include the description, quantity, price, and expected delivery date.
