The City of Ferguson is inviing prospective tenants to submit a proposal for a retail store including, but not limited to, the following uses: retail bakery, candy store, gift/hobby shop, restaurant/snack shop (no alcohol sales), and/or toy store. Any non-food use should have a railroad-related theme. The City desires to lease a parcel of real proeprty owned by the City within the incorporated limits of the City of Ferguson. The City willreview and conider selecting a respondent, based on submitted qualifictions. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals and waive technicalities or irregularities if such action is believed to be in the best interest of the City of Ferguson.
