Ferg2022-14 - Concrete Street Repair

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Ferguson is accepting sealed Proposals for concrete street repairs as follows:

• Saw cut, break out and excavate existing street to a minimum depth of 11 inches.
• Compact sub grade and install minimum of 4 inches of base rock.
• Form slabs with rolled curb or vertical curb to match existing.
• Pour new slabs 7 inches thick with 4000 psi Meramec sand and gravel concrete
• New slabs to be pinned to existing slabs.
• Backfill behind curb, seed, and straw.
• Clean up and dispose of spoils properly.
• Furnish traffic control as needed to do repairs.
• Areas to be repaired are 43 Spring Dr ( 38’ x 13’ w rolled curb), 903 Arline ( 58’ x 13’ w/vertical curb), and 6155 Emerald ( 25’ x 12.5’ w/rolled curb )
