Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Facilitation and Evaluation of training modules to ensure approved standards are in compliance and participants are making satisfactory progress towards program goals using the MDHS CEPP curriculum. 4.1.2 Deliver and facilitate Harvard Business Publishing Multi-Media Simulations (Columbia/Everest) and Case Studies. 4.1.3 Creation, Delivery and Evaluation of Formal Examinations. 4.1.4 Evaluate and ensure written essays are compliant with APA standards. 4.1.5 Lead participants to completing the CEPP who will be able to effectively communicate in an effort to build positive work partnerships. 4.1.6 Lead participants to completing the CEPP who will be able to develop trust with their employees at the current and future positions. 4.1.7 Lead participants to completing the CEPP who will be able to analyze the importance of a family/work balance while establishing empathy for their employees. 4.1.8 Lead participants completing the CEPP who will be able to distinguish between management and leadership attributes (self-determination) as it relates to impacting the agency
